Delivery Time:

Although we maintain a huge selection of watches in our inventory, sometimes we cannot keep stock of every variation possible. Therefore, we offer our customers the ability to order watches that are available but not necessarily in stock at our warehouse.

IN STOCK: The watch is in stock at our warehouse and can ship out immediately, it will take 2-5 days after your order is processed and approved.

NOT IN STOCK: The watch is not in stock in our warehouse but will be available to ship in 3-5 days. Some items may take up to 10-14 days. Therefore, we suggest you place your order and follow up by checking the status by calling us or emailing info@gotyourwatch.com.

Delivery Conditions:
Gotyourwatch.com can ship your chosen watch anywhere in the world. However, for security reasons we reserve the right to exclude crisis countries or regions from this service.

International Orders will be shipped by Fed Ex International Priority delivery and 3% will be added to your order for shipping, handling, and insurance costs (Tariff and duty rates differ from country to country and will be paid by the buyer directly to Federal Express upon delivery).

GotYourWatch.com will only ship to confirmed business or home locations or the nearest authorized Federal Express Service Center where your shipment will be held for pickup. (Federal Express requires valid identification to pick up your shipment)

Returns/Exchanges:
RETURNS ARE ONLY VALID IF WATCH IS NOT AS DESCRIBED We want you to be pleased with your purchase. The items in our collections are of the highest quality, and we are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within three (3) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, and merchandise must be in the same exact NEW condition. This return policy is NOT vaild on any special orders. Shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you prefer, you may exchange your original items for another selection, provided they are returned within 3 days of shipment and must be in the same exact NEW condition. If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you a full credit against another selection of your choice. Except on all special orders.

Items must be returned in original condition, meaning unworn and unaltered. Items must not be resized or modified in any manner. Additionally, the item must be sent back with the seal unbroken in its original box and all paperwork intact. "Original condition" means that it must have no scratches, marks, or blemishes. Also, the manufacturer tags and protective stickers have not been removed. Note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch or piece of jewelry has only been worn for a few hours.

All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by phone or email prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers expense or an extra $50 RMA processing fee will apply.

Packaging:
In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Gotyourwatch.com reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Gotyourwatch.com cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Our Guarantee:
We honor the manufacturer's warranty on every watch that we sell. These watches will be accompanied by a warranty card from GotYourWatch.com that displays our written guarantee. Merchandise and watches may be returned to us for warranty repair or replacement.

GotYourWatch.com reserves the right to repair or replace the watch at our discretion during the warranty period.

Damage caused by neglect or misuse, water damage, or damage to the crystal or bracelet is not covered by any manufacturer, nor is it covered by GotYourWatch.com.
